1. Acceptance of Terms
By using SRICART, you agree to these terms. We provide local delivery and services in Khanapur, Nirmal, Adilabad, Metpally and Kaddam.
2. Services
SRICART connects customers with local delivery partners, service providers, vendors and
businesses. We act as an intermediary platform.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are placed via WhatsApp. Pricing is subject to change based on market rates. Cash on
delivery is the primary payment method unless otherwise specified.
4. Delivery Policy
Delivery times vary based on location and availability. We deliver only in Khanapur, Nirmal, Adilabad, Metpally and Kaddam.
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once dispatched,
cancellations may not be possible.
6. Privacy
We collect location data only for delivery purposes and with your consent. Your data is not sold
to third parties.
7. Location Data
GPS location is captured and shared with your order for accurate delivery. You may opt out, but
this may affect service quality.
8. Liability
SRICART is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable factors. We
strive to provide the best service possible.
9. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Information We Collect
We collect your name, phone number, address, and GPS location when you use our services or fill
out booking forms.
How We Use It
Your information is used solely to process orders, provide delivery services, and improve our
platform. GPS data is included in WhatsApp order messages for accurate delivery.
Data Storage
Your profile preferences are cached locally on your device for performance. Order data,
subscription records, and account information are securely stored in Google Firebase /
Firestore (our cloud backend). Firebase is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and is
SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certified.
Notifications
With your consent, we send push notifications about orders and offers via OneSignal. You can opt
out at any time.
Third Parties
We use Microsoft Clarity for analytics and WhatsApp for communication. We do not sell your data
to any third parties.
Your Rights & Account Deletion
You can clear your saved local profile anytime from the More → Clear Profile option.
You can revoke notification permissions from your browser or device settings at any time.
To permanently delete your account and all associated data (orders, subscriptions, and
profile information) from our servers, tap More → Delete My Account or contact
us at sricart.official@gmail.com with subject "Delete Account". We will process
your request within 30 days.

in Khanapur, Nirmal, Adilabad, Metpally and Kaddam. We started in Khanapur and today serve five locations: Khanapur, Nirmal, Adilabad, Metpally and Kaddam.

How is my location used?
Your GPS location is automatically captured and included in your order message to help our
delivery team find you accurately. It is never stored on our servers.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! Contact us on WhatsApp before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation
may not be possible but we'll try our best to help.
What payment methods are accepted?
We primarily accept Cash on Delivery (COD). UPI payments can also be arranged — ask our team
on WhatsApp.
How does Refer & Earn work?
Share your unique referral code with friends. When they place their first order using your

Can I have multiple Plus plans active at once? +
No. Only one Plus plan is active at a time. You can renew once your current plan expires or credits run out.
What happens when credits run out before the month ends? +
Normal delivery charges apply for remaining orders. Your plan stays active but without free deliveries until you renew.
How does rollover work in the ₹499 plan? +
When your plan expires, any unused credits (up to a maximum of 5) carry over to your next Plus plan. Rollover credits are applied after new credits.
Can I use Plus credits for every order? +
Plus credits apply to eligible deliveries in most categories. Express orders, special event deliveries, and partner-fulfilled orders may not qualify.
Is there a refund policy? +
SRICART Plus is non-refundable once purchased. If there is a technical issue preventing credit usage, please contact support.

Simply tap "Skip Next Delivery" in My Services before your scheduled day. No charges for skipped weeks. Your plan month continues normally.
Are product prices fixed? +
No. Products are charged at their current price at the time of each delivery. Only the ₹99/month plan fee is fixed.
When does my month reset? +
Your plan renews on the same date each month. You will receive a renewal notification 3 days before expiry.

• Minimum order value with Weekly plan active: ₹199.
• Skipped weeks do not carry over as extra deliveries.
• SRICART reserves the right to pause the service in case of delivery partner unavailability in your area.

What does SRICART Tiffin actually deliver? +
SRICART Tiffin is a pickup-and-delivery service. We pick up your prepared tiffin box from home and deliver it to your workplace. We do not prepare or supply food.
What if I want to pause for a few days? +
You can pause your Tiffin service from My Services at any time. Paused days do not count toward your plan duration. Resume when you're ready.
Can I change the pickup or delivery time? +
Yes, you can update your schedule from My Services. Changes take effect from the next working day to allow delivery partner adjustment.
What areas are covered? +
All SRICART serviceable areas. If your home or workplace is outside our coverage, you'll be notified before subscription is confirmed.
Terms & Conditions
• SRICART Tiffin is a delivery-only service; food is not provided by SRICART.
• Plan duration counts only active (non-paused) working days.
• Minimum ₹199 order for orders placed with an active Tiffin plan.
• SRICART is not liable for food quality, temperature, or spillage.
